Beginning Wednesday, August 4, 2010, La Hwy 92 will be closed to through traffic at its intersection with Bonin Road in the City of Youngsville. The closure is necessary for the construction of a roundabout intersection and is expected to last for 25 days – weather permitting. Detour signing is provided to assist the public travelling this route. The detour consists of the following routes: La 339 (Verot School Road), La 734, La 89 (Youngsville Highway), and La 3073 (Ambassador Caffery). DOTD appreciates your patience and reminds you to please drive with caution through the construction site and be on the lookout for work crews and their equipment.
